Returns, Issues & Our Promise

BuzzBox contains curated food items, which means we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.

That said, we want every BuzzBox to arrive beautifully presented - and every customer to feel confident ordering from us.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your BuzzBox arrives with any damaged or missing items, please email wellybuzznz@gmail.com within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo (if applicable)

We’ll replace the affected items or resolve the issue promptly.


Lost Parcels

If the courier confirms that your parcel has been lost in transit, we’ll resend your BuzzBox at no additional cost.


Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout, additional courier fees may apply for rerouting or redelivery.


Our Promise

Every BuzzBox is hand-packed in Wellington and should arrive looking as good as it tastes.
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
